EMERGENCY! Plz help!! Power Steering Wheel
Hey mb world!!
i am currently STUCK in a shopping center. My steering wheel will not turn. Its like locked in and when i try to move it wont move and it makes some weird noise!! I THINK i need to add oil? This car only has 10k miles why is this happening? Somebody with a c300 PLEASE tell me or take a pic of where the steering wheel oil is ASAP bcuz im stuck n not very savy with this stuff . THANK U GOD BLESS

if this car is within warranty call the MB service for recovery.
if not you could try to disconnect the battery if you have tools to do so.

Thank u so much for your prompt response..so the steering is electric?? So no way to add oil huh?? Yes its under warranty. Please tel me what to do? Hit the i button?? And will they tow my car to MB for free?
