Infotainment touch screen
Just watched a YouTube demo video on the 2015 C300 Infotainment system (I have a 2016 C300) and it had a touch screen that functioned in the demo video. Should my 2016 have a touch screen ?
I have Comand with the 8.4 inch screen?

You probably watched an after market one. Mercedes doesn't make touch screen.

I'm seeing conflicting info on this: this R&T review specifically mentions a touchscreen:

And a number of different dealers mentions one:

But I think you're actually right, as MB doesn't mention it on the website.
I actually looked at it at the NYIAS this year, but can't recall for sure if I tested that.

Inside, the traditional gauge dashboard can be replaced with an optional flat-panel digital setup using side-by-side 12.3-inch displays for the driver's instruments and the center-stack touchscreen.

The elegant interior of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class wows with hand-fitted leather upholstery, and a choice of hand-polished wood trims. The Nappa leather multi-function steering-wheel and COMAND® system with a 7-inch touchscreen and central controller both provide quick access to Bluetooth®* and audio controls.

I've sat in multiple Es with the Digital Dash and it's definitely not touch. Instead it has two touch pads located on the steering wheel. R&T is completely wrong.
MB concepts have hinted at them maybe adding a small touch screen but it will be located much lower:
