Car Got Towed. Check Engine Light On
So my car just got towed (thanks city of LA) and my check-engine light has been on even after I drove it 15+ miles.

Could the car have been damaged by the towing? Does anyone have experience with this issue?

On the tow-in cars I see, it's usually faults stored because it was towed (wheel speed signals missing, etc) but they won't clear by themselves, have to be cleared with the SDS.

Nope it wasn't a 4matic.

Would it be okay to drive back to sf from la (400 miles) or should I bring it into a shop first?
