She is very ugly too..I can't tell her face from her rear.. I'm thinking of just taking my c43 and driving into the sunset!!

Only if it is in navigation: sounds like a dead ship to me.

As for the tug, the tow warrants seaworthiness to it.

Admiralty jurisdiction can be tricky, a bit tougher than who loaded up their diaper.
