Thinking of buying but not so sure 2015 c300
What do you guys think about the price?not that I can't afford it but worry about over paying .

Mileage is too high for the price but could be because of your area, I have the same 2015 , all issues are fixed now except the wind issue
if I had a chance to do it again , I would only pick 2016 or 2017 unless the of course the 2015 version price was much lower and warranty ! i have 100k ,gotta have that warranty.

Agree with Sam Manuel, seems way high for that mileage. I would want to know about ownership records and maintenance, and yeah, extended warranty. I would also want to know if the notorious wrist pin engine issue had existed/been addressed, and if so when, and what exactly was replaced (because of risk of cylinder damage the higher the mileage).
The CPO status is an optimistic indicator, but IMHO you should now be able to get a 2016 with under 20K mileage for that price. (FWIW, I was around that same price point a year ago, but for a 2015 with under 10K miles, with all of these bells+whistles plus a few.) I suggest sitting tight for the next month or so, which last year at least seemed to be a popular time for leases to expire, meaning of course the potential for a better model at a better price.

Well... a bit high... but
See how your dealer defines "CPO warranty" - meaning is Unlimited Mileage CPO warranty a full 5 years from original Sept 2 2014 in-service date - or is Unlimited Mileage CPO warranty good for 1yr when you reach 50K miles ?
The reason I say this - is different dealers can define this either way - and under precise MB language it's 1yr past 4yrs/50K (whichever 1st) - a dealer can choose carry that - or a dealer can choose a more literal/understanding.
You need to know exactly what CPO with your dealer means to you.
It's a well equipped C300 4matic - spec sheet is attached - and my estimate of "equitable" price would be $31K-$32K - but when buying CPO it's up to you to get clear understanding from your dealer what CPO means in real terms to you...

Dealers can't define the terms of CPO. It is issued directly by MB to the buyer once a dealer has brought the car up to standards, and paid MB a couple grand to issue the certification. The dealership is an independent franchise that is not owned by MB and cannot alter the terms of the contract.
CPO coverage begins when the original 4/50 warranty expires, as determined by the original in-service date, either by miles or time, whichever comes first, and then runs 12 months with unlimited miles. It can be extended to two years for around $2500, or three for around $4000. MB no longer limits mileage, just time.
It includes most of the things the factory warranty covers, except for broken interior trim, discoloration of trim and materials etc.
I've owned three CPO cars. I always buy as much coverage as they sell and I've never lost money on a CPO warranty. My first S had $21,000 in warranty repairs in three years. My last one had a $6,000 tab at its last visit alone.
It's vastly preferable to any 3rd party warranty or service contract and IMO the only way to safely enjoy a used Mercedes.
