Hi, I recently just got a c43 and I have a problem with the bluetooth.
At the dealership the guy helped me connect it and it worked fine. Then couple days after this issue happened. Takes very long time to connect (screen either keep showing "activating bluetooth..." or "bluetooth audio paused" or something like that). mean while on my phone the music has already been playing but no sound because it thinks it's on bluetooth. Then after maybe 3-5 minutes it finally connects but on the screen it doesnt show any track name or timeline like it did before. All it shows is "track 1".

I'm not sure why this is happening. I tried to forget the bluetooth on my phone and reconnect. Does anyone know how to fix this? will a factory reset command system help? and how do I do that?

It never hurts to resync to see if that solves the issue - remove the MB profile from your handset - then remove phone profile from the MB system - turn phone off and reboot handset - turn MB system off then reboot MB - do a fresh sync from the start...

thanks guys I fixed the problem. turns out it was my phone.. I had to restore my phone to factory and it worked.
