Torn between buying a C220D and W212 E250 CDI

Hello everyone,
I have always been and still am a fan of the three pointed star brand and diesel engines
I've owned a 2008 W203 and now I am driving a 2008 W204 and now it is time to upgrade to something newer for the next 3-4 years or so and I am torn between getting a 2010-2011 E250 or a 2014-2015 C220d, just to clarify that just like my old and current car I am going to buy a taxi and convert it to private use and it being a taxi means no luxury features which is why I am little torn between the two[Example bellow]

W205

W212
Couldn't find any specific pictures but typically the E250,E300, E350 models comes with 7G-tronic, a Sunroof, backup Camera, and some of them come with beige interior.

Both are priced almost the same.
What I dislike about the C-Class is the fact that it doesn't come with a sunroof or Projector headlight just the regular reflective housing while the E250 comes with a sunroof but then again it is a 2011 and it has done more kilometers than the 2014-2015 C220d.

What would you advice me brothers?
If anyone wondering would I be buying a Taxi benz rather than a normal one
1. is obviously it is way cheaper
2. No one buys a diesel Mercedes here and I like diesel cars.

Thank you!

Tough call really.. the W212 is a really well sorted car, and there are TONS of parts available for anything which may go wrong. On the other hand, I personally find the W205 to be the more comfortable car. It isn't much different in size (unless you absolutely need rear seat leg room). If the lack of a sunroof is a deal breaker, don't do it. Headlights can be changed.

I don't really care about the rear legroom since I am the one who will driving all the time, looking further into the new W205 I was surprised the audio 20 has BT-streaming unlike my 2008 W204 which is a huge plus and it also has keyless start, also W205 in general is a newer car and will have less KM on the odometer if I am lucky I could get one which is still in the warranty, to be honest I leaning more toward the C-class but reading all the posts about people praising the W212 and shunning the W205 made me question myself.

Here are some examples of the W212 E250
