Burmester really sucks.....

I lost both subs tonight... Nothing brings them back, not a reset of COMAND or even a hard reset.

Any thoughts????

Yup, but guaranteed they'll try to get out of it because I have a DSP wired in post amp....

This may sound stupid but have you checked whether the dsp is the one causing the issue?

There's a good chance it's the DSP that failed rather than the OEM amp. What DSP are you running?

Yeah, I thought so too - until I tested the DSP with an external input.
I'm running the Helix DSP.

Believe it or not, it came back to life this morning after the system cooled down.
I'm going to monitor - as I suspect it's a connection at the Burmester amp that's the culprit.

I'll likely unplug everything from the amp and clean the contacts and/or check the harness.
The dealer was playing with all the connections back there due to multiple COMAND issues which included loss of settings and loss of memory card index.
