Removing Trim In Front of Sunglass Holder

Hope this haven't come up before, but I wasn't sure what to call it so a search was unsuccessful.

There's a plastic trim piece in front of the sunglass holder that surrounds the sunroof switch (for Pano roofs) that is rattling in my car. I'd like to pull it off and add some sound dampening material. I *assume* it's a normal pressure-fit type piece held in with some retaining clips, but it's thin plastic so I don't want to go yanking on it too hard if that's not how it comes out.

If anyone's pulled it and can describe how it's removed, that would be great.

Thanks

Not too sure, but there's a chance that this video might help you. My apologies if it's not of any value..!
