C400 Service Reset
Can someone tell me the procedure for resetting the service reminder on my C400? I've done a search and tried the posted method but I'm not having any luck. Thanks

Yes, I've already watched that video also, not have any luck with getting to the service menu. I've held down the answer button and tried holding both phone buttons while pressing the OK button while on the trip screen and the service menu won't come up? Thanks for any advice.

Everything must be closed, key in position 1, on the main mileage screen with odometer and trip showing.
