This company and their pricing by email only thing is REALLY annoying. I've said it before, and I'll say it every time they post w/out pricing - I'll never entertain a purchase from a company that makes it so difficult to buy from them.
Oh man that sucks, the 12 colors looks to be a better option if you could program them to change every time the car shuts off or every hour. But if they cycle colors ever 3 or 5 secs, then it looks more like Christmas �� lights blinking around in the car.
Hi, we got updated products for you, we have make the 12 colors ambient light, it is changed manually by command, not automatically.
The brightness is same as original one (like GLE, E Class). It will not be too bright otherwise it will effect your driving.
In C Class original ambient light menu, when we switch to Blue and Orange color, the ambient light will be Blue and Orange color, when we switch to Silver color, it will show the rest 10 colors. It is a circle like this: Blue-Orange-Silver-Blue-Orange-Purple... like this.

Note: Car with original 8'' LCD our OBD can not activate the ambient light menu, need to go to car dealer for coding.
I'm new to this thread but my C300 does have the multimedia package with the 8" screen. I'd love to get these lights installed but I'm hearing it needs speical programming. I would think someone has made this happen. Please shed some light on this, I'd really really appricate it.

Yes, it need Mercedes coding software to do the computer programming. The car dealers and some Mercedes coding shop can do this.
Be very careful with these aftermarket kits. First, this will void your MB warranty. Second, you run the risk of crashing your Command Center software causing a significant cost at a Mercedes dealer to reinstall.Not sure why anyone would take the chance of downloading a Chinese patch on a German engineered piece of software. Definitely not worth the risk IMO.

Well I've installed the light and found a repair shop who can code the lights at a reasonable price.
My car us from 2015, so no warranty

I have AUDIO 20 and haven’t had any issues. If I bring the car in for service and they do an update I usually lose the option for the lights on my screen. I just plug the Chinese OBD2 and I’m good to go. Did u have some kind of problem and do u have COMAND or AUDIO 20?
