The new Mercedes C Class W205 does has come with original tricolor ambient light, in low version it is without ambient light,
I noticed that many car owners are looking for this tri-color ambient light, here is our OEM design light for Mercedes C Class for reference:
The light color can be controlled by the Mercedes Command control button, with 3 colors (Ice Blue, Classic Orange and Sparkle Silver) and 5 levels brightness for options.

12 "breathing" colors, color is changed automatically:
For car with original 3 color ambient lights, we can upgrade to 12 colors ambient light
For car without original ambient light, we can upgrade to 3 colors or 12 colors ambient light.

The door pieces was the worst to do because of the clips. Every door took about an hour to do maybe if u have tools to fix the clips it will go faster.

did you actually take off the entire door trim? And did it come with full instruction that tells you which wires to tap off of? Thanks again
For the 12 light option, can the time lapse until color change be set by me or is there a factory set time that can Not be adjusted ?
is there an option to make a color of choice stay static instead of cycle 12 colors?
Hi, original is 3 colors and can be controlled by ourselves(which we also have this options), but in original menu, there are only 3 colors for options, we can not unlock any more colors, so in 12 colors design, we can not choose which color to stay, it is changing all the time automatically, can not be adjusted...
Oh man that sucks, the 12 colors looks to be a better option if you could program them to change every time the car shuts off or every hour. But if they cycle colors ever 3 or 5 secs, then it looks more like Christmas �� lights blinking around in the car.
Hi Stickan....I'm trying to program my command to be able to see and work the lights. Can you tell me the sequence to use the programmer? I've tried several times but it doesn't work. I bought the kit from GZCARPHONE. Please help.
