Can we adjust mileage of C350e?
C350e year 2016 , I check VIN and found that the delivery date is Oct 2016 but I got the car end of May 2017. It is almost 7 month from delivery date in VIN decode. So I am not sure that the car is really new or I got the test drive car. However the mileage is around 30+ km. If the mileage cannot be adjust then it make me be sure that it is a new car but it is in dealer stock for 6 months.

You can check with your dealer - depending on the country you are in - 30km/18 miles is certainly not excessive/used.
From the factory - and misc handling at port(s) - here in the US brand new 2018 Mercedes - "off the truck from the factory" have anywhere from 7-12 miles.
Your C350e is certainly not "used" or "pre-owned" - it's brand new
