C250 cam sensor fault code

Hi All,

New here. I have a 2012 C250 Blue Efficiency with 88k on it. I have run the OBD2 and it keeps giving me the cam sensor(s) are the fault. P0319 I believe. Here is where my issue comes in. I replaced both 2 months ago. Light went off for a day. Then on. Rechecked and gave the same code. I bought 2 new Bosch sensors, light went out. Came back on next time I drove it. 2 days later. Over the weekend I took a look at it. Same code. I then let it warm and shut it off and restarted a couple of times and light went off. Cold start right back on.

Any thoughts or ideas? I am stumped.

Thanks!

Not sure, but perhaps try and find someone who has an Xentry diagnostic system to run a full fault check on the car. Not all things may display on an OBD2 unit. Could be other sensors, faulty wiring harness/connectors etc.
You may also want to try posting this in the W204 forum to see if anyone there has had similar issue. This forum is for the W205 (the current series C)

Thank you. Can we chalk that up to a rookie mistake?
