C Class W205
Need help please

Hello, so the battery on my c class w205 died and had to do a jump start. Now my dash is not working at all. The speedometer is stuck.Even when i turn off the car I get this message. What do I need to do>

Check all your fuses and if that doesn't help, you'll need to take it to a dealer so they can run a diagnostic on it.

Honestly, if your fuses are good, you'll need to see what errors there are (if any), so this alone will probably require a trip to the dealer. You can also do some web research on "Mercedes Benz instrument cluster issues after jump starting" and see what that yields. But I don't think there's anyone that can help you unless they're a technician with access to the vehicle, or someone who has experienced the same thing and posted about it online.
