Runflat to none run flat
hello everyone how are you guys?
I have Mercedez Benz C400 airmatic
i’m confused actually
I have runflat tires and i want to change it to a normal ones, does it affect the suspension or the sensor ? Plus I feel everything on the road even a tiny small rock so please help me
my tire size for my car is
19** front 225/40 19
19** rear 255/ 35 19
should I use the same size or can I change it ?

Also, make sure your tires are not overinflated. There are two tire pressure labels on the car ... on the door jamb and in the fuel filler door. Make sure you use the lower pressures given on the fuel filler door.

Your ride quality is dependent on the suspension, wheel size (17, 18 or 19 inch), and tire characteristics (run-flat, ultra performance summer, touring). The most comfortable ride would be a 17 inch wheel allowing the use of a tire with a large flexible side wall. However, the downside is lack of driving enjoyment on twisty country roads and the look of the car. I recently replaced run flats on my other car (Lexus IS250, base suspension, 18 inch wheel) with Pirelli P-Zero Plus All Season tires. This resulted in a quieter more comfortable ride. However, you may not get as much improvement with 19 inch wheels.
