C-Class 280

My C-Class280 have thrown the code for engine under operation temp.

I have a C-Class 280 I believe the thermostat is stuck open. the car runs very cool @60 degrees Celsius MAX, lately it runs at 40 degrees Celsius, I believe the operation temp is supposed to be 80 degrees Celsius. I know I can get a thermostat with the electric heater(i think thats what that is) and housing for around $100 (rock auto) My questions is can I use beck/arnley 2521020 coolant?It is Blue and it states it is for European cars.... http://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo....sn=413&jsn=413 I am just going to flush the coolant while I am at it so I am not concerned with mixing coolants I am just curious if that is a good coolant to use with that vehicle. I looked online through forums and read through various threads and found NOTHING! So any input would be awesome!
