Best performance?
i know the c300 isn’t particularly fast, but i love mine.
i love to floor it on the entance ramps, and passing cars on the highway.
Just curious, has anybody figured out what gear, or what speeds/rpms, or downshift techniques one can utilize to squeeze the most out of this fun little engine? Is our car(w205 c300 4m sport)faster at accelerating at a particular speed?...
Again, im aware this isn’t a really Fast car(although 270lbs torque is fun!!), i just wanna know how to max out this car when appropriate!!

Do you know why these stock numbers are much lower than the w205 mbusa specs(stock)?
My c300 was supposed to have about 240 bhp and 270lbs torque, which is about the same as the Burger Stage 1...
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Dyno numbers are normally at the wheel, MB rates engines at the crank. Cars normally lose around 15% to the wheel. You should look at the power difference not the number
And we know that you don't actually do this considering that not only will the car's 'dummy-proof' protocols not let the car go into gear if you were to attempt this, but the engine is limited to 4,000RPMs when in Neutral or Park.
Remember, you may think you're being "funny" but there are ignorant enough people to do these types of things based on some comment made by idiots like you. So you might be safe on this one, but I'm sure this won't always be the case if you keep this BS up.
