c220d -> c63 exhaust pipes
Hello, I have a c220d with fake exhausts, where there is vanity panels inside the "fake exhaust pipes".
Will it works to install c63 diffuser with c63 exhuast pipes on this car? There is anyone who have done it before that can show pictures how it looks like or anyone that have any tips on how to make it looks good?
Best Regards
Stefan

I thought this was one of the most common fixes that people would do to their cars.
But ehm.. do you think it will be ugly if i just remove the vanity vents inside the exhaust pipes? Just saw it out and remove. Will it looks even more ugly?

I would first check under the car to see whether the exhaust pipes are straight or point downwards. It'll look funny if you change the tips and the exhaust points downwards.

Doesn't the 220d only have a single exhaust on the left?. If so, you run the risk of looking ridiculous. You can clearly see the exhaust end behind these C63/43 replica exhaust tips, so if one is missing, you;ll just a have an empty space looking at the back axle/sub-frame/chassis(?). Not to mention the steam/gases only coming out of one side. Could look weird. As another poster said, aren't the 220d pipes bent downwards also?
Nothing worse than seeing cars (and there are a lot where i'm living) that have fake twins with a single blackend exhaust. IMHO. (I'm looking at you toyota fortuner drivers)
It will fit though, to answer the OP question. Better get twin cat-back first though if not already.
