Had my W205 C250 Audio 20 for nearly 3 years now but I’ve never connected to the internet before. I have an iphone6 connected via Bluetooth that works okay and have the internet configured on the vehicle but I am always shown as offline. Can anyone assist with any settings I may have missed either in the phone or audio 20?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Have you enabled internet sharing via BT on your iPhone?
It has to be active.

thanks for the reply Patric, my Bluetooth menu only has sync contacts etc no mention of internet sharing, I’ve tried removing the Bluetooth pairing and trying to pair again but it still ends up showing my phone as “off line”

It's not in the bluetooth menu.
Settings -->Cellular --> Internet sharing

my phone has settings->mobile->mobile data options->mobile data network, also personal hotspot enabled but no joy
thanks for the trouble you went through but I guess I will have to reluctantly go to Apple support

I have hotspot on but still get “offline” showing. I tried the missus’s iPhone X as well with the same result. I rebooted the audio20 as well hoping that might help but to no avail. The iPhone X is still new enough for Apple tec support so hopefully they can assist

I noticed when I switch my iPhone 8 to hotspot that it takes the connected symbol on my Comand screen up to 45 seconds to reflect it is a now a 2 way connection.

Good afternoon. In my system internet was going well with phone tethering. But some weeks ago starts looking like working but, after a few seconds, appears a message saying "unable to load the entire web page"...and screen is all white. I tried with different web sites(google, youtube, fb)..and allways the same message. Also tried wiht Android phone and windows phone and it is thea same
