c 200
engine wont start
The car is 2013 C200 sedan.
suddenly the engine will not start and display message only shows 'inoperative' and the ESP.

You want the W204 section and the local equivalent of AA/AAA/RAC.

This section is for the newer cars. Your car is a 204 chassis car.

What "inoperative" message do you see? What system is Inop? Sounds like a module failed and it will probably require a dealership trip, i'd plan for that.
