What's not to like? Looks mostly the same anyway, but with a more aggressive front and digital dash. The rear tail lights seem to be the only negative.

14 more HP for the C300, and some optional items going standard, like sunroof, LED headlights and tailights, etc... Looks like the E class steering wheel, keys, and such:

I'm interested to know how the driver assistance system improved. But honestly I hope they have adaptive cruise as standard (with option to switch for those who want regular cruise control).

Minor changes, very little to make most upgrade. The long iPad now looks worse IMO. Shame they’ve not put the new touch pad in. Weird tail lights on the saloon too, looks like a Skoda.

mine goes back in a month anyhow and I’ll use my other car until MB come up with some quality improvements.

Unlikely it will be standard, it is not standard on the new E-class.

MB's new systems has some improved functionality, and is in use in the E and S class.

Some improvements:
  • It can follow the car in front for greater ability to keep the lane even if lane markings are unclear (the current C system generally uses the car in front below 30 MPH and the lane markings above).
  • It uses the map and nav to slow down speeds if a curve in the road, or an exit the nav is set to take is coming up
  • It can change lanes for you if you use the signal to change lanes
  • It will help steer if you begin an evasive manauver, for a pedestrian or the like
And a handful of other things. It is an improved system, but not designed to be like Tesla's autopilot or anything like that. I think the US based speed limit sign reading is functional as well.

way tooo many buttons on the steering wheel. mine has enough as it is. And im a technically savvy person.

headlights ill have to see them in person but I think the current headlights looks sick. tail lights i like what we have now. Once again maybe in person it will look good but so far meh.

Then again when I had w204 and looked at new 205 i thought same thing about body, but now I love it. We will see. Ill keep an open mind.

The steering wheel should be fine. I mistakenly though it was the E-class wheel, but rewatching it looks closer S class wheel. Touchpads on both sides, with the cruise control stuff moved from the stalk to the wheel. I like that better, the stalk sometimes frustrates me.
The right side of the wheel has the same phone and volume stuff we have now, just laid out differently. Then the touchpads and buttos on both sides control the digital dash and the display screen. Easy.

Cool

So far I like the grill. But I think the new grill is only for the AMG. Wonder if it will have a lease special this year.
I have a basic c300 2015 and the lease is up this year and I am ready to change it, like yesterday. I went from a e350 to a C class

Cant wait to see more pictures of it. I was steering away from the c300. So lets see.

The display on this picture looks different than the display on the video. Which one is correct. One is in the dashboard and the other one is like the previous model.

The video is correct. The picture is from the S class so I could get a good shot of the steering wheel. Sorry that I did not make that clear.

Another video, side-by-side and sliding split-screen comparisons. Changes don't seem massive. My 2015 looks new for another year

I think the lack of MBUX is a deal breaker might as well wait more.

The biggest difference - based on this video, is the availability of the Diamond grille on just regular C300. If I understand correctly, in 2019 model you just need to add AMG line package... and it comes automatically with the "Diamond" front grille, which features little diamond shaped elements with blacked-out background. To me it's a big difference. Diamond grille looks awesome on the Black exterior with the combination of the Night package with the blacked-out elements and blacked-out wheels! I actually ordered and waiting for 2018 C43 AMG, just because of this exterior combination. You can't get this combo on just regular C300 in 2018 models. But now it's a game changer, I may just wait for a few more months and just order 2019 C300 model with AMG line and Night package... instead of wasting money on 2018 C43. Plus I liked the 10.5" wide screen and also there is a possibility to get 12.3" widescreen for the instrument cluster... That makes me think a lot right now...

headlight and taillight internals are different and the front bumper is completely different.

Two new exterior colors, Mojave Silver (a gold-tinted silver) and Emerald Green, a really pretty color. Two new interior color available on AMG line: Saddle and Silk Beige/Black.

Do you think the 2020 will be totally different?

I need to see a regular picture of the car. When the picture looks glossed up like above, it will always give a great look. The car looks awesome with professional lighting etc.

Anyone has a picture without all the fancy lighting?

no, this 2019 model is a mid cycle refresh. We are looking at a couple more years with the w205.
