I keep reading about people purchasing extended warranties on their CPO vehicles for like 2000-2500usd. Mine wanted like 3500 which I thought was high. Didn’t go for it but was told I can buy it before the CPO warranty expires. I’m still under new car warranty right now. My guess is shop around different MB dealers and haggle?

I was initially offered 3500 and I would not budge. Eventually the finance manager was like okay, we'll do 2500$, which I settled for. You can call any dealership in your local area, ask to speak to someone in finance, and be direct if they offer any more than 2500$. They do charge an extra 15% if it's after 30 days from date or purchase, but that is also negotiable.
