Hey guys,

I need your help. I drive a c300 2015. I got this noise coming from underneath the engine. It's very hard to explain but it's sort of sound like exhaust fart coming in intervals of 5-10 mins from start of the engine. If i drive the car for 30 mins or more, I don't hear the noise. I tried recording the noise on my phone but could not do it because engine running next to it. I dont feel any impact on the performance of the car. Any ideas what it could be?

 

I find that farts are usually caused by what I eat...
Blaming it on the car doesn't help.

is it like a low gurgle / bubble sort of a noise? I have that too and seeing that you have it too makes me want to presume it's normal

 

It is bubble sort of noise. I got the noise since my last service. I did not have it before.
