Did you get a spare when you switched from runflats to regular tires?

I'm planning to switch my runflats to Pilot Sport A/S 3+ soon but I'm wondering what members are doing now to cover themselves when they get a flat? AAA? lol

Flat Tire fix in a can, portable air compressor, AAA with 100mile towing (which I already had). You are going to really like those tires.

I got a spare and a MB spare bag, and a jack kit.
I too have the Pilot Sport A/S 3+ tires, nice improvement in ride quality, noise and handling.

I don't see how you can get 1 spare if you have a 4matic with staggered tires, you'd need 2 spares - one for each axle. I've got a nice 12v compressor from the Home Depot and AAA.

The front and rear tire circumference and the spare are within specifications for the AWD and the bolt pattern is the same, so 1 spare is fine.
I don't ever want to be stranded waiting for a flatbed to pick me up. Road hazard damage to a runflat or non runflat without a spare will put you in that situation. This may be unlikely, but having a spare is my preference.
