Post pics of your aftermarket front lip...
I love how the W205 come with its own OEM chrome lip but want to see what members have done since it's been 3 yrs since the w205 came out. There's a bunch of Ebay sellers with horrible pictures but I would love to see some real photos from members here. So far I think I'm leaning towards the JC Style lip...

I did a test wrap with matte black vinyl, and I like it better than the shiny sport splitter. Cost: basically nothing. It hasn't shown any signs of peeling off, so this will probably stay this way for a while.

I’m worried I’d mess it up.
Have you considered adding a Diamond Grill too? I think that would look great on your car.

Now, I don't know if you already saw my previous thread or not -- you might be joking -- but I agree about the diamond grille.

It was pretty simple, although I apply the decals on my race car, which might make me more proficient than most. But I did it one section at a time, which meant I could always pull the piece off and start over. The only real trick is to smooth it in one direction so you don't get air bubbles.

Could you post pics of the whole car?

Yes. I did a step-by-step write-up of the process.

I purchased it from JL Motorsports in City of Industry, CA and they installed it. It was literally, (4) screws to the underside of the OEM bumper along with double sided tape. I could have done it, but since I lived local to the shop, I opted for them to do it. The hardest part was ensuring the lineup is even and holding the piece in place. They also did my side skirts . . .

Work was done by Mark Wu from Wu Wraps in Seattle. He did a fantastic job and is a great guy.
He also did my front lip in Matt Black, will post pics of that later.
I think it looks much cleaner and more sporty without the Chrome.
Next mod will be diamond grill and Window Tints.
