I'm not surprised. Dealerships are horrible.
Dash cam is a must nowadays.

Makes me want to install a dashcam, but I try to avoid dealer...stealers, if I can.

Every time I pick up my car from the service department I find the power lead for my dashcam is unplugged.

That's a definite no no for a technician... I would look into that my friend.

Our dealer has three locations near our state capital. I picked up a CPO coupe at the location closest to Lake Tahoe. Really sharp location, personnel and a nifty combination of dealer, manufacturer and finance outfit teamwork.

Finance department indicated I'd get first two payments plus first two 10,000 service appointments on their nickel. It just got better from their. No issues whatever with car; same for dealer and MBFS.


I guess my luck is still holding.

Perhaps they feel it's a privacy issue, who knows. I have a service appointment coming up so I will bring it up if it happens again.
