Installed today Version 11, Works perfect and it is a genuine MB product.
Very affordable compare with what the dealer is charging for map updates in Canada.

How does do the maps look? Someone posted once that Ver 11 has a disappointing look to it in regards to color etc.

Looks ok . I tested during daytime and the colours are ok from my point of view. No big difference compare with V10 regarding the interface.

The light grey background with white lettering (introduced in V10) is a poor choice for daylight.

How long does it take them to process an order?

It's been 16 hours and at least one full 8 hr working day since I placed my order.

I purchased from them and didn't receive the product. I went on their chat service too many times to count and they kept saying it was sent. Over three months passed before they decided to send a replacement. They do not follow up with the customer, they expect the customer to keep following up with them. A replacement product finally arrived and then they would not provide the access code after repeated attempts asking for it. The last straw was when they said they were "updating their system" and I should check back in a few days. WORTHLESS!!! Waste of many months of time and wasted time following up on empty commitments from them. WARNING: They are based in Canada.

Anyone knows whether this Canadian company's map date will work for the US as well? I'd imagine so because North America is normally grouped together in terms of map packages.

This company sucks... take your money... you download the files and then they will send the License key in a day, maybe 3... maybe not at all. full of excuses but no action. Had to dispute charge. Caveat emptor.

Hello, it is a w205 thread....

Can you post pics? Also, what is your VIN? Maybe there is a workaround, but I am not sure....
