My stealership, Delray MB (AutoNation) charges around $300. I bought the oil (Walmart 5 gallon jugs Mobil 1 fully synthetic for around $30, Mann for around $10,) indy charged around $50. However it is real easy to do it yourself (if you are into that sort of thing.) All you need is a vacuum pump. Pump's tube fits down the dip-stick tube and will quickly extract the oil...no worry about getting all the oil out, been doing this for years with my previous BMWs, and believe me after 12 years my cars' engines still purred. However, I ran into a problem with my MB - I could never figure out how to fully and safely remove the air intake hose so that I could get to the filter. Filter sits on top of the engine and normally would be very easy to remove, but the air intake hose sits on top of the filter. The hose should simple snap out, but I can't get to the clips to free up the hose....
