I have an opportunity to be a nice looking, low mileage 2016 C300 4matic sport.
Its out of state, cant visually inspect. Non CPO, just remainder of factory warranty which is about 21 months. No extended warranty available on non CPO cars?
Carfax says instrument cluster was replaced. Why would it be replaced? Did it fix whatever the problem was?

It could be for noise issues , I’m just guessing . I wanted to mention that my local dealership added an extended warranty to my non cpo car , usually they insist it has to be bought from a Mercedes dealer but that’s bs too ! check in with a couple of different dealers and give it a try.
PS ; I really benefited from my extended warranty , It’s worthy it to skip the car if you can’t get it.

OMG !
Seriously, the C300 without extended warranty can become a pain to maintain. You will be fine if you are lucky, but I wouldn't want to take that chance.
