2016 C300 (W205) Headlight BULB upgrade.

Hi all, i was wondering if anybody has updated their headlight halogen BULB (H7) with one of these;

Amazon Amazon

. i know theres a lot of talk about how i should just try to change to an LED headlight unit. ive seem a lot of the threads here. however, i bought the vehicle pre owned so there was no way for me to just choose the LED package.

has anybody just changed the bulbs? if so do you have pics?

are there any other options of changing bulbs other than changing the whole headlight unit.of course nobody likes that old looking color from regular halogen

thanks in advance guys

Crystal visions are a good upgrade. They will still have some yellow injection and are not real "bright white". If you live in a well lit city and really just want aesthetics appeal of whiter light.... try their Diamond vision line. It's not street legal which is why you won't see them in stores, but you can find online (be careful of counterfeit DV bulbs). There's only so high in kelvin range halogen technology can take you so for Diamond Visions to get as white as they can get, they sacrifice lumen output which is why they're rated for offroad use only. HID conversion is another option if you want brightness with aesthetics. However, with reflectors, glare is the issue, so the proper way to do that is with projector retrofit.

i wasnt aware that there was a plug and play headlight unit. ive seen so many threads where they try to change the lights and they get an error.
do you have any pictures of them installed on your car? did you do it yourself ? was it rather easy

I have used the headlight over 2 months, no error code whatever... the installation is very easy for me, only three screws... depends on your skill, may take 30 m to hours.
