Question 2015 C300 4Matic... should I buy warranty?

I have an opportunity to buy a Canadian 2015 C300 4matic with 54,000km for $26,000 CAD/$19,600USD.

The vehicle has AMG sport package, Premium package, Driver assist package, Panoramic roof. Just missing the Burmester audio

I'm being offered a bumper to bumper 4 year 50,000km warranty for about $3000... now I've heard of the wrist pin issue but this car does not appear to have it, however it does concern me.

Do you think I should get the warranty? I work at a dealer so I have access to the service shop where I can work on the car.

That would be a deal breaker for me. The standard speakers are worst than of a Toyota Corolla. But that's a great price for what you're getting.

is this a used 2015 or are you buying it from a dealer? I believe if you buy it from a private seller unless he buys the extended warranty you CANT purchase it after

Is this the MB ELW warranty or a third party version that used car lots often try to sell?

Third party warranty from used dealer. Not Mercedes-benz. Its a bumper to bumper warranty.

Do your due diligence as some of these warranties aren't worth the paper they are written on.

Are there any recommended third party warranties? Are nationwide companies such as Endurance or Carchex considered reputable?
I got some quotes from Endurance (Diamond coverage), from the list of things it seems that it covers all mechanical and electrical system, including luxury electronics. And they even recommend getting cars done at MB dealers.
Anyone know if these kind of third party warranties will cover the wrist pin issues?
