How to fix small scratches?
I've had my car for about a year, and I'm noticing little black scratches around the rear bumper.
Barely noticeable maybe from gravel or something?
I saw they have mercedes polar white paint for sale, do you think I could just paint in them and it will look good?

It can be best to use a "abrasive polish" on the area 1st - after polish you will know what you will have left.
Novus#2 is very good for this - since the abrasive in the polish breaks down under pressure - so you don't add more damage to the paint.
Microfiber cloth - about a "dime size" dab of polish - work it over 2-3 sq in of surface - remember at the polish works into the cloth/dries - use a bit more. Polish drys on the paint - easy wipe off with a clean microfiber cloth.
Kindof fool proof actually:
With what "real" scratch you have left - you can DIY with Polar White - or find a detail shop that does that type of work - a Mercedes dealer usually has a local contract service that does their "touch up work"

Without seeing it, I would say you can try to buff them out. But you need a buffer and pads and a product (compound) to do that. If the scratches are not deep, there might be enough paint to work them out so they are not visible. A scratch is really a cut into the paint and or primer. This is not terribly difficult but you do need the right tools. If you don't have that stuff, then take it to a detailer and have him/her look it over and give an opinion.
