Yeah this one has LEDs front and back I can't stand Halogen on modern cars, as well as no backup cam, but I don't really need it. Plus it's the LEDs that complete that mean sporty look following the lines geez. hopefully, I don't back into a tree though lol.
Are there a way to install it aftermarket or from the Dealership

Early 2015 model C300 had wrist pin issues... I think they fixed that in later models built from June/August 2015 and on, what issues did you encounter

I bought a "factory" backup camera (plug and play) from Hong Kong. Fit beautiful and you would never know it's not factory. Only visible difference is the camera does not pop down when activated. It is always down. $600 for parts in the US. Same exact parts are $180 overseas, Took 4 days to get here from Hong King.Just an idea.

I bought my 15 C300 Luxury Package with 23k miles and haven't had any issues but, the extended warranty is something you should invest into.
Looking for a lower mileage C300 with for sure be worth it.. check on cargurus or carvana. I've taken mine all over and have done trips well over 500 miles.
My local Benz dealer takes care of any small issues regardless of what it is and provides me with a courtesy car so can't complain at all if its in for repairs.
Key Points from my experience with the car:
Drives Great! (more of a luxury car, but can be modded to drive completely different with new wheels and springs)
MPG is great for the power output! Averaging 32mpg on the highway
Styling is AMAZING imo
Reliable! (This is purely based on me owning it for little over a year.. im biased/love this car too much)
Look around for options you want! (regret not getting the air suspension from factory)
CHECK FOR WRIST PIN ISSUE!!!!

Idk about the rear diffuser but maybe you could put on the sport pkg side skirts and then maybe like a carbon fiber extension at the bottom of them.

I don't know man... I picked up my wife's 2015 C300 4matic for around $22,000 and it only has 23,000 miles on it. I think you can do much better. Check Carvana.com.
Also, I found a great third party warranty for it for under $2,000 that covers everything except fluids, brakes, gaskets, and emissions for 5 years and 60,000 miles.
Ping me for more info on either or both.

InfiniteAutoProtection

Look them up on Trustpilot -- also they are on BBB and highly rated. Best price I could find. Ask for Brandon.
UPDATE: I also got an Infinite Auto Warranty on my C63 AMG and one of they guys I referred just reported making his first claim... they covered a shorted center speaker in his dashboard -- which I would not have thought to be covered... so far, so good.

Thanks Bonsesxxx.
I requested quote for my car, lets see what they offer. Also do they car about retrofit stuff? Does it void warranty?
UPDATE: Unfortunately InfiniteAutoProtection does't cover Washington State.
Thanks,
Tejas

I picked up a 2015 C300 4M, and lucked out in that it's manufacture date put it in the production range of the dreaded Wrist Pin defect..but the mileage meant the warranty was still good. So I bought it and took it to MB, described the wrist pin sound, and they eagerly rebuilt my entire engine under warranty. The dealer likes this because they can bill mercedes for the entire cost, which was up around 9k dollars, and I like it because I get the problem solved, and get a good as new engine.
The wrist pin issue was on cars made between Nov 2014 and April 2015. At this point however, the 4 year term is run out on warranties so don't buy the car if it was produced between those dates. It doesn't matter if it was made in Germany or Alabama.
