Btw your missing the can version meaning you mite have not plugged something at the back properly

I think iam lost. You haven't got this installed on your car?? You said monitor isn't installed? Which one are we talking about
I installed but the command doesn't appear noting in new screen. I take it out of the car, until find a solution.
I can't help without you installing the screen and connecting all the harness may be try one more try and connect the OEM harness to the screen harness blue plug

Hi guys does anyone have the software updates as I couldn't download them as I've only just seen the links
Ok long story short I have failed miserably. loaded the two initial files onto an SD card and the screeen just booted as normal even after resetting it. Even tried to update through the USB connection. Might it that the update is not compatible with the current software running on the screeen? Help pls (I have included a picture of my current software version)

Ah thanks for that shan16. Any ideas on how I can over write the software currently on it as I have tried the sd card followed by reset but no joy
You need to ask your seller if you can flash new firmware into it I doubt you can because there wont make any money but offer them some cash for the firmware there might consider
Does anyone know how to overwrite the outdated carplay app(which is not compatible with my dongle firmware ) with the newest autokit.apk ? now im not able to use carplay from the icon because its starting carplay instead of autokit.apk

Everything went fine except that i dont have the next track command anymore. With the previous version, i could jump to the next track (it worked for any apps, YouTube, radio app, any music or video player) by pushing the command wheel to the right (and jump to previous track by pushing the wheel to the left).
Since the update, when i push to wheel to the right, it doesn't jump to next track. The result by pushing the wheel to right is similar than when i turn the wheel.
So i have to scroll the notification down or open the app for jump to the next track. It is a little bit unsecure when you are driving...
I guess it is an issue with the new version of the CAN...
Does anyelse have this issue? How do you solve that?
Or does anybody have the v33 or older version, so I can test to upgrade an oldest version of the can ?

I have the 10.25 screen but all attempts to update it have been futile. How are you going about updating your screen.
