I am currently running all season 225/45R18 44 mm offset AMG rims in the front and 245/40R18 with 49mm offset AMG rims in the rear on my 2015 C300 4Matic. I can get my hand on some rims and snow tires. The snow rims and tires will be 225/45R18 44 mm offset 2016 C300 OEM rims in the front and 225/45R18 with 56mm offset 2016 OEM rims in the rear.
Is that OK and will the size difference between existing all season 245/40R18 in the rear to the new snow 225/45R18 (1%) be an issue with 4Matic with all 4 wheels turning?
