Airbag cover under steering wheel

Airbag cover under steering wheel
Got a brand new 2019 C300 (less then 50km when picked it up, was a stock car at the dealership), just found the airbag cover under the steering wheel jumped out a little bit as seen in the picture.
Is it normal? what could be the potential problem down the road?

I take it right back and have them repair/replace it. It's probably nothing to worry about, but you don't want to screw around with an airbag. Especially one near your crotch! Plus it's a new car.

you are right, heading to dealership...just worried if there were a recall on airbags that they did not tell me...
