Talking I know it's not a C-Class but 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE internal options are insane!
It has ambient lighting that changes color in response to button presses (per side) (too bad I hate city SUVs)

yes, the new FL headlamps and tail lamps can be retrofitted and coded from the older ILS to newer ILS. For older hi-performance headlamps to new ILS, you will need to use a special made wiring harness which some shops in China makes them.
