Did Mercedes at any time badge sport models as sport? There's a couple CLA's running around my city that are badged with a sport emblem in the same place that other Mercedes are badged biturbo etc. I looked around online and saw that Mercedes OEM Sport badges can be ordered.
Why did Mercedes stop badging sport models if in fact they did previously? I actually found a gorgeous sport special edition badge, however, is that silly to put on your car?

This is the badge that I have seen on the vehicles around here, the guy that I see daily is a Doctor at a hospital across from where I work. I will take a photo of his car tomorrow (watch it not be there tomorrow! Lol)

 

If your doc's CLA is a 2016 "Orange Edition" it has those two Sport badges - and Orange edge rims

 

It only has the one silver with orange stripes badge, the other is just one that I think is pretty. Of course he hasn't been at work all week, I do think that his CLA is the Orange edition though.

 

It has a red stripe along rear fender and a red stripe along front bumper

 

I don't recall a C being badged as a Sport (in the US) since the W202 or W203, they were also easily identified by the blue tinted windows.

Personally, I debadged the trunk on mine, except for the star, prefer the cleaner look. I'd have done the same, had I bought the C400 I was originally looking at, assuming there weren't locator pins behind the fender badges.

 

That model is the CLA. It has a option for a sport package that comes with that emblem.
If you like the badge and want it on your car, why the heck not!

 

My 2016 CLA 250 Sport was not badged as a Sport, I believe it to only be the special editions that are badged 🤷🏻*♀️

 

Well the CLA 250 with the "sport" badge is the amg style package.
The CLA 45 is the one with the "turbo" emblem.
Other CLA wil not have any other badges.

 

Same here -- I ordered mine without the badges (except for the star, of course). The option is "badge delete."

 

That black sport badge is definitely smart. If you actually have a sport and like the look, then I'd say go for it!
