Is it normal for the engine

Hey every one today i was checking my car c300 w205 and i started the car and open the hood i wanted to see the motor while running so i remove the oil cap and i notice that a lot of air and oil comming from oil cap while open is it normal ?? Just asking

If you really want to see the engine running you should take the valve covers off!

Yes the PCV system is under pressure when running, it doesn't like being open, that's why everything seals tight.
