BC Racing BR Coilovers

Anybody have experience with these?

Recently picked up a 2016 C300 4Matic that I will be using at my dedicated DD / Winter car. Want to get her sitting pretty with some coilovers & spacers. Anybody rolling on the BC Racing Coilovers please share your input.

As far as spacers go I see most people are rolling with :
  • 12MM front
  • 15MM rear
I'm on the OEM 5 spoke 18'' wheels.

Coilovers have been installed. Nice quality product with pillow ball top mounts in the front. 30 way damping adjustability front and rear.

Current settings I'm running :
  • 25 front
  • 22 rear

Are you currently using spacers in that picture?

Yes. 12mm front & 16mm rear.

I'm sure I could run a 20mm up front. Rear is sitting perfect.

How's the ride quality after install, compared to stock sport coil springs if possible? I'm assuming that's what the car had before the coilover install.

BC Racing is alright, they are reselling Taiwan-made to spec dampers, it's the same manufacturer as HKS, Blitz, Megan Racing, Fortune Auto, etc, etc. BC Racing customer service is really good tho.

Ride quality is fantastic. I've been playing around with the damping settings to try and find the best ride for daily driving.

No squeaks, weird spring binding noises or anything of that nature. I have H&R coilovers on my C63 and I've gotta say I find these better.

hey what’s your ride settings at(soft/hard) front rear etc. and did you buy the rear extensions or would you suggest getting them as well? Thanks.

Did you re-use your OEM top mounts or bought new ones? Looks like the BC factory top mounts will not fit and the spring will have to be removed. Thx

I installed these last years on my c400 and they’re still going strong. Did your set come with any clips from the front brake line?

So, it does come with the top strut mount? Anything else that was needed for the install?

nothing else is needed except a way to mount the front break lines.
