In that first picture there's a Red label that say "Fragile!" which is clearly Italian...did those arrive in a huge wooden crate?
( I'll leave the 'No Crashing' for someone else to comment on)
Wow Decoto, judging by your 2nd photo these look like the Euro/Aus? version of the headlights without the orange side marker. Very cool
USA vs Euro/Aus?
Aftermarket headlights (Otto and DEPO) do not have the yellow side markers, and are totally legal! Having installed Euro-style lights makes the car look even more different than the standard US lights.
Thanks for the update! They look very good. Have you tested the lights before attempt to install?
In just those few pictures, there are differences between otto and depo headlights, with otto being closer to oem headlights. If Im not mistaken by the pictures, DEPO did not include "LED INTELLIGENT LIGHT SYSTEM" badge next to the two main bulbs, but rather left it the badge plate blank. Seems like there is also 'H7' marked on the front for some reason..
Another difference is each of the main lens, they do not have the ripple texture towards the edges, but rather made it smaller and flat. Each bulb's housing is also the wrong size and shape.
Turn signal is also not as slick based on the second picture. Would need clearer/cleaner pictures to compare otto vs depo vs oem.
However, for the price, its a good bargain! I wish it was closer to oem shapes, but it does its work compared to the horrible halogen lights.
I will post my otto's pictures so you can compare yourself and judge which brand and price works for you.
Okay, a quick update, I received my lights today. I am so loving these lights right now I felt like a big kid on Christmas day opening them up I was tearing through the package so fast LOL... Honestly, I'm sooo excited and from what I can tell they are full-LED, Iv attached pictures. So for all the people that may have doubt these lights exist, They do and here's is proof. And you can only get them through the company I use... They look and feel VERY high-quality... I don't know about those overpriced otto auto lights but something tells me its better quality than his china lights... and all for $800 with shipping and most of all from a name you can trust DEPO!...I will have a full install later with before and after pictures on my car...and maybe a youtube video. Stay tuned. Box they came in Front Back Close up of LED in the light housing
Name Brand on housing...
Do the DRLs turn blue (3 seconds), then white when you unlock the car in dark? Also, does the headlight auto adjust (level) when you turn on the car?
Is it just me or has decoto been eerily silent since receiving the lights yesterday ? Hmm can it be that there’s a problem with the lights? Heavens knows that I hope not.. Lol just messing w u- so about your review, have you installed the lights? Decoto talk to us man I’m counting on you

I hate to say, but, good job! please keep searching good retrofit headlight for our community... I assume, I am the first of few that find good retrofit....
Just one question, how did you take the photo of the LED light inside of projector lens? I tried but failed to take a photo.... Are DECO using a real projector or just a glass cover? I want to take a photo, so other community members can have a comparison.
Thanks for that @sixmarch! Makes me even more curious to see/hear @decoto's results with the install. Hopefully by stating 'they only work for European market vehicles' is a reference to the absence of orange side markers and not a difference in wiring.
Also, I have to wonder if their "Chinese alternative" is the Otto Auto product...
Possibly, I just didn't want to take the chance so I went ahead and ordered the Otto units after their response. At least they're based here in the States, which for me is extremely convenient should there be an issue with them.

Absence of orange side markers have nothing to do with being European vehicles only, so definitely wiring. If the text is true, its unfortunate. I'm sure DEPO are working on a US version, but I would spend a bit more for otto headlights, as they are so close to OEM except for auto light feature, which is obv the car's limitations.

They only have their units in the States. If you need parts due to faulty units, it will be international shipping.
We are still waiting for Decoto to provide review. He’s been MIA since receiving the lights last week- coincidentally a member of this forum reached out to Beta who sold the lights and ascertained that the lights he purchased might not be suitable for USA based vehicles -

Did you ask the merchant about their China supplier to confirm they are referring to Otto?
I reached out to Beta just now after seeing this and no response as of yet. I also reached out to Otto regarding faulty equipment and warranty issues and if you have to ship overseas as you stated, their response was "Also, in case of warranty issue, you do not have to ship the broken part oversea. We have a service center locate at Atlanta, Georgia. If we can not repair the headlight, a brand new replacement will be shipped at no cost to you." Hopefully things never get to this point but at least they now handle everything here in the States, for those of us who are here.

That's good to hear! They are very responsive, which, I believe, is worth the extra cost for a good quality headlight and customer service.
Honestly, I feel good you stayed with me on this, You would be the most reliable person to confirm the difference in the two considering you already paid for the otto auto headlights... That is if you chose to buy the DEPO lights of course... Perhaps maybe you could show the difference of the otto auto light on the left and an installed DEPO on the right?... Again we shall see... But let me be the first ginna pig in this experiment
Lol- Apparently by default. Decoto went missing ever since receiving the Depo headlights last month. If I had to guess, he unfortunately learned the hard way that Depo’s headlights are not suitable for North American based vehicles at this time and has decided to quietly bow out of the conversation. Sad, it would’ve been nothing for him to have reported his findings after the install - oh well, Otto wins the replacement led headlight conversion battle for now. Let’s hear it for Otto!
The fact that these were only available through direct contact though a UAE based distributor and were not available though DEPO's normal distribution channel is a huge red flag. They are either counterfeit knock-offs, have limited market compatibility, or both.
Also, the OP joins, ****s all over a proven vendor while pushing this product that he has not even received yet. Sorry, OP is not a customer, he's affiliated with whatever outfit is marketing these lights.
There's a chance these lights might be legit. If that is the case they will eventually show up in normal distribution channels. Until then, caveat emptor!
