2019 C300 Mercedes Me APP issue
Hello there,
I am new to this forum, hope it's the right place for my post. I have 2019 C300 that comes with Mercedes Me connect. Car was at the dealer last week to get the wind noise fixed from the rear left window, for second time in less than week. Now i have the car back the Mercedes me app notification on my IPhone stopped working !!! i do not recieve notification any more if i leave doors unlocked or the windows open.
This was working fine before the service.
If I open the app on my phone it shows the realtime status for the doors and windows.
I Uninstalled and reinstall the App, reset settings, try my wife IPhone and my Spare Android phone. still the same behave.
Any hints or how can i get this fixed

I have never had all the functions of the app work. My Send2Benz navigation function has never worked and all but one of my calls to Mercedes Customer Service have resulted in them telling me that by buying additional ME services was the solution ( why would I buy any additional service when the base functionality doesn't even work? ).
The one call where they weren't simply trying to upsell me I was transferred to a tech that supposedly did something at their end but it didn't have any effect. I gave up.
