There are a couple aftermarket options out there. I have a broken headlight and some new lenses in my basement that I have yet to swap out. I'm not sure how labor intensive it will be but it can't be that much more than doing any other headlight.
You'll need to remove the front bumper before you can remove the lights. Once the lights are out you'll need a heat gun to warm up the mastic which sticks the lens to the body and slowly prize the two apart. Once that's done you'll need to clean up the mess left in the groove around the headlight body. You can buy mastic in a roll to reattach
the lens to the body but I used black silicone instead. I left it overnight to cure. To do two lights it'll take you a couple of days. I had to replace my lens because it was smashed but if I were you I would try a lens polishing kit first.

You can remove the headlights without pulling the bumper all the way off. If you need to do both headlights i'd still recommend removing the bumper entirely. I was able to pull mine without complete removal but be advised it's very very easy to nick the bumper with the bottom of the headlight housing.
Chrisdean - did you have to do anything special to make sure there was no excessive moisture trapped in the new lens? I could fill it with nitrogen before sealing but it just seems like overkill.
