I'm desperate, I keep struggling on how to replace the LED without breaking anything.. does this interior lamp require any special tool to replace?
do I need to buy the part complete with the LED?
So, there is no space to put a flat screw driver in there, I even try with a tiny one I have,,obviously if I force it it will end up opening but probably with some broken tabs.
I wonder if it's normal mercedes make so hard to change a simple interior light.. does this require any special tool? I search online but didn't find anything..
My advice would be to order part number A0009063604 as the replacement. With surface mount LEDs, gone are the days of easily changing out just the bulb.
