Help with Comand Internet with iPhone 11 Pro
Dear All,
I recently bought a W205 it's a 2014 C250 with vision and command package. I have an iphone 11 pro. I could connect my bluetooth for telephone and media however not the car's internet. The error I get is that it's offline.
I searched hours for a solution online until I came across this site and someone must have figured it out for an iphone. From one source I understand android devices can handle this with DUNblue app but iphone users cannot.
I will be sending my car to the dealership for some light fuse replacement and was wondering if you guys can tell me what's wrong with it ?
Also, my dealer has installed Mercedes Me Adapter. I can only use the adapter app but not Mercedes Me. What features does it have ?

thanks a lot. Does that mean Mercedes-Benz service centre has a patch already and when I take my car tomorrow they can update the system or Mercedes has yet to release an update ? If it’s the later then my hopes are gone. It’s a 2014 W205 chances are no updates to be released for this.
