Hey so I was trying to take off my exterior trunk chrome piece that is right above the license plate and I have no clue how to take it out. The W204 and W205 trunk pieces are different so taking it off it different. I have got a Mercedes 2017 c300. If anyone knows how to take off this piece please let me know. why take it off?
you can wrap it when its in place so i'm curious. is there some after market black or carbon strip?

Why do you wanna remove it? You can dechrome it without removing it. I would keep it as is. Chrome looks stylish. It combines style with the sporty look. Do you have a full picture of rear of your car.
Sounds like this trim is just clued on. Anyone know about the black plate under it? Like what is around the license plate lights and trunk release handle?
I think I need to remove that piece in order to install the factory backup camera handle
