Iphone connection problems
Anybody has problems with Bluetooth iphone connection? My iphone 8 works well with the car kit, except the contact list does not show on the Command screen. So, the only possible way to make a call is to dial from the phone. I have the latest vesion of iOS 13.4.1. I have tried to "forget device" and connect it again, as well as resetting the phone and the contact list shows after that once or twice and disappears again.
Possibly it is a problem with iOS 13.
Any ideas?

My iPhone 11 Pro Max Plus and my kids 6s and 8 Plus are all running 13.4.1 and have zero problems.
What year model is your car?
When you click on the "i" next to your car Bluetooth on your iPhone are all the items checked?

I have 2015 c class.I have performed soft reset on the phone and the system works once, but the contact list disappears after that. I have 3 different contact lists, but only the main general list is checked.

My suggestion - is to Erase current settings on BOTH your MB and your iPhone - and reboot each - if you don't reboot after erase then can still be handing up on old profile(s):
1. Erase your iPhone (all iPhone Phones) from MB system - then power MB system off - wait 5-sec - then boot back on on - and wait 60 sec for full power on for the system
2. Erase MB (all MB) from your iPhone - then turn off iPhone - wait 5 sec - then turn iPhone back on
Now - once both have been erased and each has been re-booted/power-off-power-on - now do clean "new" connect.
Keep the beat !
1. Erase your iPhone (all iPhone Phones) from MB system - then power MB system off - wait 5-sec - then boot back on on - and wait 60 sec for full power on for the system
2. Erase MB (all MB) from your iPhone - then turn off iPhone - wait 5 sec - then turn iPhone back on

I did that, and it worked for a short while then stopped. I will do it agaln, since it seems the problem is only mine, so I should be able to correct it somehow. Thanks, for the reply.

If the clean/both/reboot doesn't work - then you might need the system reprogrammed by your dealer - I see you have a 2015 - and I have seen early 205's that called-for/required programming update - which on the Mercedes system is like a 2hr+ deal connected to MB Star

Thank you. I have a service scheduled in a week and I am planning to talk to them about this problem. Meantime I rebooted both the iphone and the car bluethooth and so far so good, it works. Will see.
