Uneven Car; Help
Hello all,
My car is lowered with stock shocks and H&R springs, I've had it on that set up for 2 years, no issues at all. A few months ago I notices it was a 1/4 lower on the back passenger side and I could hear a slight rub when the going over a dip. I replaced both rear shocks with Bilstein B8 and a new set of H&R in the rear. Drove car home it felt more stable in the rear after the install. When I got home I measured each side, there was no change in ride height.
What I did notice was the front passenger side is 1/2 inch lower then the driver side. So, I have the a new set of front Bilstein B8 struts and new set of front H&R springs. I want to get them installed to see if this fixes my issue!
My questions is this: Is there something else that can effect ride height besides springs? I don't want to go install through the install then have to go back in to replace a spring seat or grommet. Any other ideas? It irritates me seeing my car like this, it looks like it sagging on the passenger side and the fact that i can hear it rub, which I didn't before.
