DTC codes P0339 and P0039

Anyone ever have these codes? I’ve replaced my spark plugs as well as both my camshaft placement sensors. It’s been doing this, it feels like the car slams breaks and gas instantaneously. here’s a video of what it does

P0039 - usually points to the diverter valve signal. If you can get another unit to test, will be good.

That’s a different crankshaft sensor than the ones I replaced, I wonder if the diverted valve code comes in because of blowoff valve

the 2 sensors you replaced at the top of the engine are cam sensors (not crank sensors).
for P0039, it might be your blow-off, but usually this code doesn't light up as a CEL. I still have this same P0039 code for a long time, as i am using the Turbosmart Kompact.

Deal with the crankshaft sensor first. Part number is A2709050600. This part is shared with the M270 engine platform as well.

yes I have a blowoff spacer but that code only pops up when the other one comes up, I think when it goes into limo mode the way it bleeds boost is why that code pops up. Sensor finally came in today after being on back order so will get it installed soon

Reviving the old thread. I have the same exact issue now with a code P0039 and I am tuned with AMR.
The car runs perfect on the stock tune but when I change it to the Stage 1 tune I get hesitation around 2-3K RPM and I checked the codes and it shows P0039.
I did have a TurboKits VTA BOV "whoosh" valve installed I removed it and I still get the code. I am not sure if I damaged anything in the diverter valve when removing the BOV? Or is this anything else I should check?
Or is there anything else I should check?

I did contact AMR they advised to take it to the dealer. Since others had this issue before I would be interested in the fix for this issue?
